WindyNation’s TrakMax 40BT utilizes a state of the art maximum power point tracking (MPPT) software algorithm to maximize solar panel power production. With the TrakMax 40BT, up to 98.5% of a solar panel’s power production can be transferred to the battery bank. The end result is that the TrakMax 40BT can increase solar power battery charging by up to 30-35% compared to conventional pulse width modulated (PWM) charge controllers!
