Bought for an electric Masterbuilt. Was tired of the +/- 20F fluctuation. Now I have +/- 2F fluctuation. I am also able to use my smoker at a lower temp than Masterbuilts low of 100F. Great for cold smoking. I like 82F, haven’t gone lower as it’s not necessary for me. I am very happy with this product. It’s built well. It’s easy to use for my application and will use it for when I build my own smoke house.
